How to Get the Most Out of Every Session

To ensure the best possible experience for all our members, we’ve put together the most important information about appointments, memberships, and how our studios operate.
The guidelines below are designed to help you make the most of every EMS or VacuLife session and achieve your goals through consistency.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, to ensure the smooth scheduling of all our members, any appointment changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
This allows us to make the best use of our team's time while also giving other members on the waiting list the opportunity to book the available session.

Consistency is essential for both EMS and VacuLife.
Our membership packages have a set duration to ensure that your sessions are completed at the recommended frequency and without long interruptions. This helps support the best possible results while allowing us to maintain the high standard and smooth operation of our studios.

In the event of a serious illness or accident, we can freeze your membership package upon timely notification or with the submission of a medical certificate.
If you are planning to travel, simply let us know a few days before your departure so we can suspend your package in advance.

1–5 minutes late: Your session will take place as scheduled.
6–10 minutes late: Your session will still take place, but its duration will be shortened.
More than 10 minutes late: Your session will be cancelled and charged, as the remaining time is not sufficient to ensure a safe and effective session.

Staying consistent with your session schedule helps us maintain the smooth operation of our studios while supporting the regular routine that EMS and VacuLife programs require.
Attending your sessions consistently is one of the most important factors in helping you get the most out of every session.
